As your Personal Executive Presence Trainer, I analyse your signals, including body language, language habits, tone of voice, your self-narrative, your communication stye, and your ability to commanding the room. I equip you with tangible tools that will make you take full ownership of your leadership role.
I have trained 50 Senior Leaders from the Danish C25 Companies and from companies within the Financial Sector and the Danish State. All of the leaders have advanced since my training. Some of them advance sooner than expected because of their new Executive Presence. All the leaders had their leadership skills in place, I cannot take credit for that:), but they all lacked a powerful leadership presence. This presence is what we develop together throughout this program.
