Executive Mindset: Cultivate the mindset of a Senior Leader to feel confident in your new leadership role. This will also build the character required for your new role.
Command the Room: Use body language and voice to come across with leadership presence.
The Language of Leadership: Avoid phrases and sayings that reduce your leadership power.
Leadership Narratives: Learn the narrative frameworks to produce strong stories to communicate strategy with impact.
Fostering Trust: Building trust through clear and effective communication.
Emotional Connection: Building trust and rapport with the audience using non verbal cues.
