The Program

The program is custom designed for you. It contains:

  • Five sessions held within 6 months

  • Relevant tasks linked to upcoming communication situations

  • Exercises and training exercises between sessions.

  • Videos for better implementation

  • Spoken guided training exercises

  • Personal Technique in a custom booklet

  • Custom video-packages where I demonstrate the techniques you ned.

Practicalities

When: Tasks, five sessions with Lene, recordings, custom exercises and feedback. We’ll arrange a schedule that suits both of our calendars.
