This is an Individual Program for you if you are facing new challenges as Senior Executive or for you if you aspire to be the next level leader.

As your Personal Executive Coach I analyse your body language,language patterns, tone of voice, communication and facilitation skills and then equip you with the techniques and tools you need to take your senior leadership to the next level.

The Program

The program is custom designed for you. It contains:

• Five sessions held within 6 months

• Relevant tasks linked to upcoming communication situations

• Exercises and training exercises between sessions.

• Videos for better implementation

• Spoken guided training exercises

• Personal Technique in a custom booklet

• Custom video-packages where I demonstrate the techniques you ned.

Practicalities

When: Tasks, five sessions with Lene, recordings, custom exercises and feedback. We’ll arrange a schedule that suits both of our calendars.
