Prework for Kick Off Session

Task 1: Prepare your WHY-story

  • Choose a project that you want to communicate, and that you can work with throuhout all of this program.

  • Watch this video

  • Prepare your Why-story following the principles

  • Give your presentation a title.

  • Be ready to share your title and your Why story when we meet.

Task 2:

Watch the two videos below on how to design your Screen Image and how to speak to the camera. Show up with a professional screen image:)

WHY STory EXAMPLE 1

We are in a situation where…the world our patients live in is growing more complex by the day.

And we strive to.. make treatments that are meaningful in that complex world

But unfortunately… the data we buy is too simplistic

As a consequences are… we miss out on making good results great

Therefore we must….. systematically Integrate Quantitative and Qualitative data

Answer the following

  1. What’s your title?

  2. What’s your situation?

  3. What’s your aspiartion?

  4. What’s the problem?

  5. What’s the consequence (make it hurt)?

  6. What the solution? Formulate in one sentence.
