Welcome to this custom designed training course page that supports our program: “Presenting with Impact”.

Pre-work for Module 1, Oct 8th
Choose a message and a target group. Make a list of the main questions they would like to have answered, like: “How does this impact the way we work?” “What are the costs?” “Which setup does this require?” If you could
Prepare a brief storyline of why your solution/recommendation is needed for Novo Nordisk (so it becomes attractive to all stakeholders). Follow my guidelines.
Be ready to present the first minute without slides. You might want to bring a cue-card with a few keywords, so you can remember it.
Lenes tips: We will TRAIN together in smaller groups (not perform perfectly to each other). It’s MY job to take you to the level of mastery.
