Presenting with Impact

Hi Project Leaders at API MSAT,

Welcome to this custom designed training course page that supports our program: “Presenting with Impact”.

Here I will gather all the material to support implementation.

Lene:)

Pre-work for Module 1, Oct 8th

  1. Choose a message and a target group. Make a list of the main questions they would like to have answered, like: “How does this impact the way we work?” “What are the costs?” “Which setup does this require?” If you could

  2. Prepare a brief storyline of why your solution/recommendation is needed for Novo Nordisk (so it becomes attractive to all stakeholders). Follow my guidelines.

  3. Be ready to present the first minute without slides. You might want to bring a cue-card with a few keywords, so you can remember it.

Lenes tips: We will TRAIN together in smaller groups (not perform perfectly to each other). It’s MY job to take you to the level of mastery.

OPTIONAL: WATCH THESE VIDEO (15 MINS)
