How
The program takes place via Zoom. All you need to do is to place your computer, so you present to the camera, making sure your upper body and hand gestures are visible to the camera. Through short exercises, I will guide you to rehearse the techniques one at the time.
I will ask you to record your self via Zoom, so you get to see your results after our session.
