How to create Double Headlines with AI.

Use this prompt:

You are an expert in creating easy-to-understand slides. Create double headlines for each slide.

Headline 1: The navigation headline – should inform the audience about the type of information the slide contains, e.g. The Problem, The Solution, Analysis 1, The Three Scenarios, Business Impact, Risks. Headline 1 describes the type of information.

Headline 2: The key message of the slide. Maximum 8 words. A short summary of the answer. The conclusion of the slide.

Examples:

Headline 1: Business Impact
Headline 2: Investing in more data will increase revenue by 130 million.

Headline 1: The Problem
Headline 2: Errors Are Increasing

Headline 2: A Joint Platform Leads to Faster Decision Making

Prepare a Temple Structure with a Strong Hook

1. Watch the Videos below.

2. Study the template.

3. Design a presentation, where you are to give an update, that follows the Temple Structure.

4. Prepare three interesting, attention grabbing questions. Use ChatGpt to make your questions more interesting.

5. Prepare an attention grabbing Hook.

6. Prepare slides: Search for “House Framework” in Templafy:) & Use the Double Headline for all Slides.

• Instead of: “What have we done so far?”, ask: “How did we turn our “lacking behind” into “being ahead”?

• Instead of “What’s the next steps”, ask “Where are we three months from now?”-

• Use ChatGPT/Co-pilot to come up with stronger versions of your questions.

Prepare Double Headlines for each slide:

First headline (size 18) answers: Which type of information is on this slide? (The problem, the solution, the next step, the impact, the benefit)

Second headline (size 36) answers: What’s the main point of this slide.
