Steer the Dialogue and Engage

Facilitate the dialogue at a meeting to become aligned on targets and outcomes.

We are all familiar with meetings featuring endless PowerPoint presentations presented by a monotonous voice. Participants who find themselves reduced to passive observers feel they waste their time, and in virtual meetings people turn off their cameras and stop participating. There’s no dialogue involving everybody. No ping-pong. No engagement.

Enough of that. Today everyone must know the basics of facilitation techniques to be able to host a meeting - face2face, virutal or hybrid - that involves and engages everyone.

This training has sharpened our senior consultant’s competences in engaging and involving our 100,000 members who participate in our online workshops, network meetings, and events.
