Good communication happens when the connection is good: Eye contact, tempo, proximity, voice dynamics, asking the right questions at the right time, framing things with the right story - are signals that will maximize the effect of any message. It involves the strategic deployment of soft tools that affect peoples emotional attitudes - and of course a good portion of rhetorics that bring clarity to the messages.
In this program you just show up with examples of your communication. I will in the moment analyze the signals, provide feedback, bring the relevant tools to the table. Each single leader leaves this training with a personal toolbox that will take their communication to the next level.

The Program
For best results I advise a mix of group sessions and individual sessions.
Group Session(s)
We work practically with your cases. I facilitate a Training Day with exercises, cases, reflection and video-filming. I analyse your body language, your linguistic patterns, your narratives and rhetorics. I provide precise feedbace and bring forward the techniques and tools needed to increase your influential power.
Individual Sessions
I provide feedback and training of each individual manager, so they develop their own personal communication style on highest level.
How
Everything is concrete. Everything is practical.
Prior to the training we agree on relevant topics. I collect cases and design preparatory tasks and the program.
During sessions, I will record you with your own phones, so every leader will have videos, documenting his/her signals.
I will track the individual manager’s progress, ensuring the sessions will have maximum impact for everyone.
