A. DECISION TASK (20 MINS)

Formulate two currently existing approaches that are “Not Optimal”. It could be activities, procedures, workflows, mindsets, processes, culture, habits … something that you see hindering an optimal way of working.
Formulate one initiative that could make Future Standards OT & Automation a better working environment.
