Task 2: A Fictional Case Story
When we meet we will train applying this model in a fictional situation with Ethicon. Please prepare a fictional case story where you imagine what such a meeting could be about – and what is being said, specifically. You are more than welcome to include actual experiences you have had with Ethicon.
Case: Ethicon requests something
Please answer the following: What’s the meeting situation? Who is there? What’s the aim of this meeting Now imagine the concrete situation. What’s the request from Ethicon?
Engage
What do you say to engage? For example: “I can hear you are about to roll out something. Tell me about it.”
Listen
What questions could you ask? For example: “what’s the reason you are requesting this now? Why is this important? How important is it to you? What do you need it for?”
What could Ethicon answer?
