1. Choosing Your Message
Think of an upcoming meeting, where you are to present a strategic initiative or focus point.
What's the focus point/initiative about?
Imagine a random Tuesday in the future, when this focus point/initiative is sat into play. What are people doing concretely? Who says what? What’s the impact of this new behavior? Think about this when you watch the video material.

3. Prepare Your Example
Chose one of the following ways to present a strong example:
The Example of 1.. Turn your initiative into numbers linked to one person/day/store/city: how many X would this be to 1 person, 1 day, 1 store, 1
Future Scenario: “Let’s jump ahead 3 years from now, and let’s imagine a meeting between….. and then they say….. and then they do:
Dream Scenario: “Imagine 6 months from.. Then this and this will happen….”
Horror Scenario: “Let’s pretend we don’t do anything - then imagine 12 months from now… Tell a story about a horrible situation in the future”
Instead of doing A, let’s do B: Tell an example of what things will be like if you don’t do anything, versus what the situation will be like if you act now.
The 5-second Moment: Imagine how your initiative is sat into play concretely in the near future. Zoom in on a specific situation, where people interact together differently because of your initiative.
