  1. What's their problem you are trying to solve?

  2. What’s your solution? Formulate in one sentence.

  3. What's the consequence of not solving this problem? Find your audience’s pain points. for example: Losing money, wasting time, deadline delays, employees quitting, Doubling the work, Lacking behind competitors…
