Step 1: Learn How to Breathe Using the Diaphragm
Step 2: Use the 4-7-8 Breathing Exercise 4 times every day.
Don’t skip. Habit Stack it - so you for example always do it when after washing your hands, or always do it while you wait for coffee at the machine.
Step 3: If heavy stress symptoms
If you have very heavy stress symptoms - use this exercise. It feels dramatic - but I promise you, it works!
Step 4: When you perform, imagine you’re in a safe space
Get a strong sensation of your Home Space, and present from there.
