HOW TO TRAIN IT
Structure a message in three parts, where each part is subdivided into three parts:
Opening: Formulate 1 problem
Middle: Formulate 3 reasons for this problem
End: Formulate 3 actions to do about this problem
Get up and perform it with different hand gestures:
The Opening: Serve off a tray
The Middle: Use Bowling balls
The End: Use Shelves
